February 25, 2012 | 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. – Dormont Rec. Center

The only registrations taken after February 25th will be to fill teams and there will be a late fee charged.

Age groups will be 6 & 7 yr olds, 8 & 9 yr olds, 10 & 11 yr olds and 12 and up
Games will be played on Saturday starting mid-March (weather permitting)
Games played at Dormont Stadium

Cost to register is $ 40.00
Registration open to all

KOA SOFTBALL SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION DATES

5-8 Slowpitch – $45.00 + $35.00 Fundraiser = Total Cost $80
10U & 12U Fastpitch – $65.00 + $35.00 Fundraiser = Total Cost $100
15U Fastpitch – $85.00 + $ 35.00 Fundraiser = Total Cost $120

Ages 9-12 – $45.00 + $35.00 Fundraiser
Ages 13-16 – $65.00 + $ 35.00 Fundraiser

Discounts available for multiple children

Any registrations taken after February 8th will be assessed a $25.00 late registration fee. Late registrations are not guaranteed a spot on a roster. We will add children as roster spots become available.
