KOA Softball – Spring Registration Sign-ups:

LAST DAY TO REGISTER
February 25, 2012 | 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. – Dormont Rec. Center

The only registrations taken after February 25th will be to fill teams and there will be a late fee charged.

5-8 Slowpitch
$45.00 + $35.00 Fundraiser Total Cost $80

10U & 12U Fastpitch
$65.00 + $35.00 Fundraiser Total Cost $100

15U Fastpitch
$85.00 + $ 35.00 Fundraiser = Total Cost $120

THIS YEARS FUNDRAISER WILL BE PA LOTTERY TICKETS
EACH GIRL WILL BE GIVEN 7 TICKETS TO SELL

ALL STUBS MUST BE TURNED INTO TEAM MANAGERS BY APRIL 27TH
OR YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN
